Biography

I have been in the digital user experience over 11 years, with experience in various channels (Web, Mobile, Kiosk and Apps). As part of my duties, I set up the user experience strategy, implement the digital ecommerce roadmap, work on continuous improvement, monitor the digital TNPS, design various web, mobile, kiosks and apps, performs competitive analysis, apply measurements and perform various researches (user research, usability testing, mystery research…). I have worked in an agency, telecoms company and in the financial services sector.
