What Coffee has taught me about Design

After starting a side hustle in the coffee business, i’ve learnt so much about the value behind rituals. There is nothing more satisfying that the 20min process of making my coffee every morning. As designers, we can should look beyond the screen to leverage the existing rituals and build it into our products and services.
